Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and sauteed to perfection.  Topped with a Argentina chimichurri sauce

Cranberry Glazed Rack of Lamb

Marinated and seared rack of lamb topped with cranberry and balsamic compote glaze

Marinated Ribeye Steak

Marinated in fresh rosemary, garlic and pepper and topped with a horseradish demi

Filet Mignon

Cooked to perfection and topped with a port wine and gorgonzola reduction

Pecan Crusted Trout

Fresh Utah trout lighly crusted in a pecan flour and served with a tarragon beurre blanc

Couscous Wasabi Crusted Salmon

Salmon lightly breaded in couscous and wasabi powder and sauteed until golden brown
